Yearly inspection:

1. We will inspect all exposed water, drain, and gas lines.
2. We will inspect and test the operation of all toilets, sinks, bathtubs/showers.
3. We will inspect all exposed washing machine, dishwasher, and ice maker hoses.
4. We will inspect all emergency valves and supply lines to the toilets and sinks.
5. We will check the operation of the water heater.
6. We will check water pressure coming into the house.
7. We will check for gas leaks on all exposed piping.
8. We will inspect all outside hose faucets.

After we complete the above we will give you a written evaluation, based on a four point scale. The number one (1) will indicate that the item is ok. Two (2) will indicate item is ok, but could use service. The number three (3) will say that the item needs repair or service. The number four (4) will indicate the item needs to be replaced.

We will give you a written list of recommendations, along with a cost. You will receive a 10% discount on all repairs, and a 5% discount on all replacements or installation of new products.

During the contract Year:

1. We will provide you with a 10% discount on repairs or services.
2. We will provide you with a 5% discount on installation of new products or replacement of products.
3. We will respond to your request for emergency service within 24 hours during normal working hours, excluding weekends. If we are unable to respond within 24 hours, the cost of labor is 50% off on service work only. (We will do our best to respond same day, if you agree to schedule work more than 24 hours in advance the 50% off labor will not apply.)
4. We will give you an after hours phone number for emergency service.

Performance & Limitations:
The recommendations and price for all work performed by Boden Plumbing Inc., is in our best judgment, the true cost of work to be performed. However, we also understand that some of the items in your plumbing system, due to age, unseen items behind walls, ceilings, flooring, may affect the final recommendation as well as cost. We will notify you as soon as we encounter such a situation, and seek your approval before work continues.

New Products:
We will advise you of new products on the market that may be a benefit to you.

Acceptance of Service Agreement and Warranty:
You are under no obligation by accepting a Service Agreement from us, to purchase any items, services, or products. You are not required to call us for any reason and may have other companies or persons do work for you. You may supply your own parts or products for us to install. We will only warrant parts or products furnished by us. Our labor for repairs is warranted for 90 days, installation labor is for one year. All parts are as per manufacturer’s warranty and subject to their limitations.
